There seems to be a strongish pd apical on t3. Perhaps it's one of the three Botanophila spp. that have this feature.
B. maculipes is ruled out by 4 avs on t3 and leg colour, which would leave
apiciseta and
jacobaeae. Or it could be a different genus altogether :D
