A female of
Geomyza tripunctata indeed. Dark specimens like this one have always proved to belong to
G. tripunctata.
G. nartshukae is much more reddish. The problem is that there are also very reddish specimens of
G. tripunctata.
To my opinion it is save to identify your specimen as
G. tripunctata (female).
