Leucophora sp. Note the eyes much closer together than usual in female anthomyiids, the wide parafacials with a wide dark sheen stripe, and the numerous frontal setae. It might be L. obtusa or personata but can't be certain without looking at bristles which are not visible in the photos. Leucophora species are cleptoparasites in nests of bees, Andrena species
