Hoi Nikita,

I have a copy of drake 1991 Review of British Opomyzidae with a key. In this key there are only 2 with darkened crossveins: O. tripunctata and O. majuscula. I dont think it's tripunctata so it may be majuscula. The characters are not easy to see in this picture:

- tripunctata: 'usually' distinct spot in base of wing, anepimeron with one strong seta in addition to 1-2 weak setae; female sternite 8 entire
- majuscula: no distinct spot at base, anepimeron with 3-5 setulae only, female sternite 8 divided medially

But of course there could be more and other species in Russia.
