Mycetophilidae (Fungus Gnat) probably a female Zygomyia sp. , We'd have to see the wing. Don't think its a Sceptonia as there appears to be ventral bristles on mid-tibia though they are weak for a Zygomyia. Wouldn't say it's a Mycetophila sp. but it could be M. stylata. Maybe xylo will know, Change thread name to Mycetophilinae sp.
