Hi Joke,
this is not a Coenosia because Coenosia have only 1 presutural dc, or if 2 presut dc present (subgenus Dexiopsis) the anterior one doesn't exceed one third of the posterior one. Furthermore, members of the Coenosiini tribe always have 3 katepisternal setae arranged in inverted (almost) equilateral triangle. So not even a Conosiini.
