Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Psilopa nitidula (was Which family?)

This fly had body close to 1,8 mm and triangular antenne. Is it possible to tell family and genus?
Photos from 27 June 2015 Kramfors 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.
