Hello,

I've recently been proposed this fly could be Otites guttata (thanks to S. Lebrun, aka Chlorophana ! ;))

Had a glance at the diptera gallery, and indeed it seems plausible, but is it possible to confirm species on this sole picture, or are they other Otites sp which can make confusion ?
