Ceratopogonidae looks like Chironomidae

To my eye, this looks like Chironomidae except for the antennae: abdomen longer than wings, wings spread, shape and color pattern of thorax, but I guess it's Ceratopogonidae. I've not seen one like this before. |

I was thinking Dasyhelea, but the photos I saw online had abdomens about the same length as the wings - or even shorter than the wings.
