Here is a Ceratopogonidae that I collected the 7th of May 2020 in Southern France near Montpellier. I believe it belongs to the genus Forcipomyia, but I am not quite sure.

Forcipomyia. Based on the long hind basitarsus, probably not in the typical subgenus. |
