Dry habitat, 18 Oct 2020, mid Netherlands. Perhaps genus possible?

I suspect a Minilimosina. Minilimosina (Allolimosina) albinervis has whitish wings...

Some Telomerina also have whitish wings, so: Telomerina flavipes, female
