Hello, in this case I am not too sure if it's even a Diptera member, because of this freaky, very cool tho, head. If so, I guess it may belong to the Bibionidae family?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
