Hello,

I thought this fly was a Phaonia errans, but palpi are yellow... An idea ?

1. Looks like Ph. errans. And this is a good species for early spring.
2. Yellow palpi. I do not know the answer. I'll try to check material in ZMUM.

We do not know from your images is katepimeron hairy or bare.
If bare, it well may be Ph. tuguriorum with partly yellow palpi.
