Northern Germany, Hamburg-Flottbek, Botanic garden, 2nd of September 2019, at a leaf of Chenopodium sp., Outsidephotos: kuv.
My first idea is Anthomyiidae, perhaps Subhylemyia ... But perhaps it also could be Fannidae?? Please help to get the ID.
