My second post is on a fly I collected at night just outside the city of Malden (Netherlands) on the walls of a building on the edge of a forest on the 22th of November 2019. It is circa 6.5 mm. ObsID software suggested Helina reversio (amongst others). I thought I'd rather check that because there are so many Helina species. Hello casebearer, H. reversio seems ok to me. Best wishes, John John and Nini. Naturalists not experts. |
