Pollenia sp. very problematic photos. could be alot of possibilities. If the photos were closer and you had more angles, then we may be able to place it in a group. what color are the palpi? Keep in mind that alot of Pollenia have dark marks/stripes on the thorax that are visible when they are worn (missing the golden hairs or aged and battle tested). i leave it at Pollenia sp. John and Nini. Naturalists not experts. |
