 I'd go with ornata on this one. Unfortunately the highlights on the wing prevent any accurate assessment of the venation, but the general coloration seems OK.

 Scutellum with two spines. Clearer in the photo I uploaded. That's why I think Odontomyia ornata. What you say now?
