Hi, I am struggling to ID this specimen. It is rather large, in the upper range of D. immigrans or D. hydei. There are no darkened wing veins. Found end of June in Vienna. You will get further if you try to identify it as a species of the Minettia fasciata species group (Lauxaniidae).

Oh no, the plumose antennae were falsely telling me to not look further than Drosophilids...

With these further images, is a species ID possible? The palps appear to be dark with a yellowish base. One of the images shows a long seta at the base of the surstyli so it is fasciata. None of other external characters (colour of palpi and mesonotum) are entirely conclusive.
