I think it is a male Helina. I'm not sure of the species. Maybe Nikita will post an opinion.

Thanks, John! I still have many Muscidae, Calliphoridae, Tachinidae and others here awaiting identification, but as long as the weather remains good (20-22 °C and sunny today and tomorrow), I won't have the time to post them here.
