PLease help identify insect. Found in wheat ecosystem, Meghalaya, India. March 10th 2019.

If you edit the title of the thread to include Muscidae you might see a response from an expert in the family. The characters used for identification are not clear here. For example, keys to genera often use presence or absence of hairs on the pleura and bristles on the hind tibia.
