I thought this was Cyzenis albicans but it turned out to have 2 proclinate orbitals..Possible to ID her? Near Apeldoorn on 15/04/2019.

You are right in all... it is Cyzenis albicans and it does have 2 proclinate orbitals...
shit happens (10 % of the females do).
