I thought Ulidiidae but nothing matches.

Cnemacantha muscaria, I think. Apparently a male (which has wings less darkened to clear).

Certainly no Cenamcantha as that species is completely black (including antennae and legs). Third antennal segment is elongate, so it should be a Calliopum.
