Hello,
Someone from insectes.org suggested that it could be an Ulidiidae,
pictured on forest, limit of Quezon National Park, Luzon island. 2.03.2019
About 5 mm long

I'd say more something like Platystomatidae, subfamily Scholastinae or close.....
