I have found and photographed this small fly (4-5mm) today (20km west of Paris in a deciduous wood). I think it could be a Mycetophilidae.
Correct? Is it possible to go to the genus? species?
Thanks for help.
Happy new year,

Difficult to tell even genus. Any photo from a different angle, to see the wings better?
