Is ID possible from these photos? I think maybe G.hackmani or balachowskyi(?) but need help to tell which one of them. 4 mm, from rather wet place. South Norway, 12.11.2018

Hard to say, but probably Geomyza hackmani. You have to study sternite 8 (not visible, retracted) to be sure.
