Hello,
In the south of France, on 11 October 2018 on ivy.
Small diptera of about 3 to 3.5 mm. From the top of the head to the end of the wings = 4.5 mm measured.
I only have this picture and I don't know if identification is possible.

My guess Coenosia agromyzina

Thank you very much Nikita,
I learn that the genus Coenosia is composed of predatory flies.
It is therefore not on ivy for nectar but for some prey attracted by flowering.
