First impression is a Phasiinae.

The abdomen is greyish, which does not fit Phania ... unless it is Ph. speculifrons.
I am afraid the pic is not so good that we can see all necessary details of bristles on legs to confirm this.

Well, it most certainly looks like Phania speculifrons. Not 100 % sure, though.
