Hi,

Center of France (Loiret), on 11th oct. 2018, on ivy in bloom, near a small stream.
The ocelar bristles are inside ocelar triangle so I think Sapromyzosoma but with 1+4 dc and no ac I don't know where to go further.

Suillia -- 5 dorsocentrals, 1 pair fronto-orbitals, humeral bristle absent in most species, wings with costal spines.

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
