OOOPS! I thought about the second one being different a bit -- but they were shot within 10 minutes on the same patch of mint, so I thought they might be the same. The same goes for Cylindromyia in my other post from today -- different individuals from the same spot. This will be a good lesson for me! Thanks for IDs, Theo!
