A few days of vinegar-trapping in my kitchen resulted in seven Drosophila species. D. immigrans was also buzzing around but didn't fly into the trap. D. phalerata was trapped for the first time indoors. Clockwise, starting on top: D. melanogaster (male) D. simulans(male) D. funebris (male) D. repleta D. hydei D. phalerata (female) D. suzukii (male) Cheers, Lorin Carnifex attached the following image: [172.76Kb] Edited by Carnifex on 05-09-2018 13:45 Cheers, Lorin Font Color All requests are from the urban area of Vienna, if not otherwise stated. That is a mighty small funebris (only slightly bigger than melanogaster) but genitalia seem ti fit.

I had a close look at the male before, should be unmistakable.
