Flensburg, N.Germany, 4th July 2018. Unusually hot, drought summer.

Found this dead fly rigidly attached/clinging to one of my tomato leaves. I presume it died of a fungal infection.

I'd appreciate an ID on the fly. I think it was 8-10mm long.
