 Hello,

I observed this Diptera the 14th of August on the Eryngium campestre in Calais in the north of France. I think of a Tachinidae maybe a Dinera carinifrons ?

 Not Dinera (cell r5 long petiolate).

 Thank you, Stevenia seems correct, is it possible to go further ? in France maybe Stevenia atramentaria ?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
