Is it possible to tell genus and eventually spieces of this male?

Somehow wings look too long for Cheilosia, don't they?

Cell r5 is open, ruling out Syrphidae.

I thougt before posting that Stratiomydae could be an option.

Then I wonder which genus?

The view of the wing venation isn't as clear as it could be but it looks like Verrallia aucta.
