Muscidae - Helina confinis ?

Hello,

I observed this Muscidae the 31th of May in Sangatte in the north of France. Can it be a Helina confinis, what do you think ?

I agree with Helina but it is difficult to pinpoint a species with these photos. I think that H. confinis males are supposed to have yellow brown mid- and hind tibiae.
John and Nini. Naturalists not experts.
