Limoniidae I guess.
Would it be a Limonia sp.?

In America I would say Limonia (Rhipidia) maculata. I don't know what similar species you have in Europe.

Yes, according to the CCW Rhipidia maculata is widespread in Europe, including the Netherlands. Looking at the antennas it is a female. Apparently its habitat now includes the city center as well.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
