In America I would say Limonia (Rhipidia) maculata. I don't know what similar species you have in Europe. |

Yes, according to the CCW Rhipidia maculata is widespread in Europe, including the Netherlands. Looking at the antennas it is a female. Apparently its habitat now includes the city center as well. |
