Found this fly on 08.07.2018, near Ásotthalom, about 30km W. of Szeged, Hungary. It was watching a Pompilidae, Episyron rufipes digging her nest.

It reminds me to Taxigramma hilarella.

Is it possible to ID this fly?

Thanks in advance!

Greetings,

Henrik

You mean it is Taxigramma hilarella, or it is ID-able, but something else? Smile

As far as I can tell, it is T. h. as you guessed.
