I have photographed this Tachinidae on 13 June 2018 in the dunes near Den Haag, The Netherlands. Unfortunately only near-identical photos from the same angle. Then it disappeared. Is it possible to put a name on it? Edited by johanvantbosch on 03-05-2019 22:07 Best wishes, Johan van 't Bosch Rotterdam, The Netherlands |

This is clearly the smae species as I just commented on (lateral view). Again, Aplomyia confinis comes to mind. Theo |

Thank you Theo! No definite id possible as I expected. I will file it under Aplomyia confinis with a big question mark.
