Hello! Is it possible to identify genus or species? Is it female?
Time and place: 2016-06-16 21:29:00. Middle Urals, the Tulva Upland.
Latitude: North. 56°49'24"
Longitude: East. 55°49'41"

It is a female, but the family is Fanniidae

Than's, Tony. Is it possible to get the species name? Maybe Fannia?

I would say it is a Fannia species, but difficult to say more from a photo of a female.
