5.7mm - Berlin - May 2018 I do not yet know the differences between Tipulidae and Limonidae. I think that this is Tipulidae but it is smaller than usual. Limoniidae: usually smaller than Tipulidae s. str., with shorter palps and vein Cu straight at junction of m-cu. The names of the veins change every 20-30 years. Cu is the vein that meets wing margin just above hind tibia. It used to be called the sixth vein, then M4. |

Dicranomyia, probably subgenus Glochina,but I need a ventral view of the genitalia for ID.
