I think Pollenia cf labialis male. I don't see rudis as a possibility. this one is very brown. you should ignore the stripe on the thorax because even angustigena and rudis have this stripe. vagabunda will have a stripe but also has the area around the humeral callus darkened. sorry for the late reply. I am not feeling well today but i always try to check the site before i go to bed each night. John and Nini. Naturalists not experts. |
