Sciomyzidae Euthycera sp?

This diptera was found on Chrysanthemum sagetum on 1 April 2016 in Heraklion Crete. A first approach on ID it seems to be a Sciomyzidae Euthycera sp. Is it a right approach?

I think it is Tephritidae. Note eye color. |
