Unknown Fly Germany Phytomyza? -> Drosophilidae. Leucophenga maculata

I pictured this fly on a (wet) wall of an underground passage below a German autobahn. Date 5 March 2018. Looked a little bit like a Phytomyza, but I am totally not sure. Help for ID would be great. Hello dipfoto, Actually it's a Drosophilidae. A male Leucophenga maculata Dufour 1939. It has the silver dusted thorax and scutellum and the white frons. When the light hits it at the right angle it's silversh dust seems like a little bright light. Greetings, Ectemnius |
