I have no idea, but looking really nice!
I'd look in the subgenus Lunatipula, although I don't know subgenus Lindnerina that look quite similar too.

Other pictures of the genitalia? (up, ventral and back)

To me, it looks quite like T. (Lunatipula) lunata.

To me it looks like T.selene. Thorax grey (lunata has yellow).
Possible ventral photo helps.

Thanks to BR Esko and Henrik! KM Olsen in Norway also writes that this is probably Tipula selene. Unfortunately, I do not have the fly anymore.
