Belgium (Aywaille), 13/6/2015, pathway between schrubs and trees.
I'm surprised by the black sections along the longitudinal veins.
Can you help ?

When this fly gets older it will develop conspicuous black wing spots. The dark lines are where the very faint spots cross veins.

Family Lauxaniidae.
