What genus is this hoverfly? --> Episyrphus balteatus, dark form, possibly intersex

Hi,
I spotted this hoverfly with a dark colored abdomen on Bidens pilosa by a river in eastern China December 7 2015.
Very curious about what genus or species this could be.
Any clue would be appreciated.
