Tephritidae ID Help- Northern Ireland

Any help with ID on this tephritidae would be greatly appreciated, 16/07/2017 Murlough NRR, Northern Ireland. Annoyingly the specimen has been damaged as the head is now missing.

Generally, it does not look like any known fruit fly species. I think you must keep this specimen with a great care even without its head and try to collect more thsi summer. Maybe something extraordinary. At least it does not look a common celery leaf miner.
