I think this is Culex. Am I right ?
Is it possible to identify the species more precisely?

The palp shape is wrong for Culex. I would say Aedes s.l., but difficult to say more with this photo.

I'd say Ochlerotatus punctor from this. Some detail of the genitalia is visible, which helps!
