Hello,

unfortunately I only have this single bad picture. The midge was only 2-2.5 mm small. On a Rhododendron leaf in our garden (northwest Germany),

Mycetophilidae. M is well separated from R and Rs makes a right angle with the longitudinal branches of R.

Not the best photo but probably Cordyla sp.
