Today in the kitchen. Possibly Psychoda ?

Wing 2,5 mm. Cuise La Motte (Northen France) - 18-12-2017

Though Psychodidae identification is rather hopeless from a photo, I would agree with genus Psychoda, as the wings are not spread out flat but form a "roof"-like angle.
