I think this is A. procellaris, but can anyone tell from this angle? Southern Sweden 10/6 2017.

Might be, but we need a good lateral shot to see whether the postsutural lateral mark reaches the wing base or not. If it does, A. procellaris is an option, but there are other similar species that might also occur in Sweden. To exclude them, the setae on the hind tibia must be checked.
These Anthomyias are difficult!
